Khalsa International accepts payment via irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), or other bank-guaranteed instruments, depending on the order value and client history. All contracts include clear terms on pricing, incoterms, and delivery milestones. We work exclusively with reputable financial institutions to ensure the safety and confidentiality of every transaction.
Can I request product samples or visit your facilities?
Absolutely. We encourage serious buyers to request samples for quality verification prior to concluding a contract. Samples of agricultural commodities can be shipped via express courier; mineral samples are handled under secure, regulated protocols. Facility visits to our offices in Nairobi or our operational sites in the DRC can be arranged by appointment, subject to security and confidentiality agreements.
How do you handle shipping, customs, and import documentation?
Khalsa International offers end-to-end logistics support. Our in-house logistics team manages transportation from source to port, export licensing, customs clearance in Kenya/DRC, and coordination with international freight forwarders. We also provide advisory support on import duties, taxes, and documentation requirements for your destination country, ensuring a smooth and compliant delivery process.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for minerals or agricultural products?
Our MOQs are flexible and tailored to the specific commodity and client needs. For high-value minerals like Gold or Diamonds, we accommodate both sample orders and bulk contracts. For agricultural commodities like Cashew Nuts or Tea, MOQs are typically based on container loads (e.g., 20ft or 40ft). Are your minerals ethically sourced and conflict-free?
